Those from the Roanoke area will meet at the Rte. 419 Marathon Station (across from Pinkerton Chevrolet) & depart at 8:30. We plan to link up with others at the Sheetz located at 2390 Roanoke St., Christiansburg, at about 9:05 with a 10 min quick break.  We’ll travel Rte. 460, make a stop at Narrows, then take Rte. 61 on to Tazewell, where we will have lunch.  After lunch at the Back of the Dragon welcome center & a photo op, we’ll cruise the Back of the Dragon with a break stop at Hungry Mother’s visitors center.  Our return trip will be a combination of I-81 & Rte. 11. This will be a fairly long day but expect to be back in the Roanoke area by about 3:30. Please bring your radios and please reply to all if you are interested in going on this trip.
