Dear Friends,

The Christmas Party will be held at Franck’s Place in Martinsville on Dec. 6^th and we will have the room reserved from 11:30-4:00.  The Chef at Franck’s place will prepare a buffet and the cost will be $25.00 a person. Tax for the meal is included in the price and tipping is not allowed. The restaurant does not except cash so you will need to bring a credit card to purchase your lunch.

The address for Franck’s place is 469 Kings Way Rd. Martinsville, Va.

We will also have our gift exchange following lunch.  If you would like to participate please bring a wrapped gift to exchange.  We have in the past set a monetary limit of around $15.00.

I have heard from several on the email I sent out earlier that you are planning on attending. If you did not respond and are planning on attending the Christmas party please let me know by November 30^th. I need to know how much food to order for the buffet. We are looking forward to seeing everyone on Dec.6^th!

If you are leaving from Roanoke, we will meet at the Lowes on 220 at 10:15 and caravan to Martinsville.
